Dear Home Office,
Please provide the following, on Recovery Needs Assessments (RNA), stored by the Home Office in its capacity as the Single Competent Authority:
- The names of databases holding information on RNA decisions (for example, ATLAS and CID)
- The category fields on the above database/s relating to RNA decision-making (this may include, but is not limited to, support access, immigration status, recourse to public funds, asylum claims,voluntary returns to country of origin, pregnancy and/or dependents and ongoingcriminal proceedings)
- The number of confirmed victims of trafficking (individuals with a positive Conclusive Grounds decision via the National Referral Mechanism) recorded as having been considered through the RNA process up to the current date (8 November 2020)
