Rise and fall of Liverpool's Flower Streets left to lie in 'rack and ruin'
The once beautiful terraces have undergone decades of decline after being bought by private landlords

1. Who did sell or gift these properties on the flower streets to a number of landlords?
2. Where these at one time council properties?

3. Did Councillor Lisa Gaughan, Joe Hanson and Cllr Kennedy, have any part or show any interest and or approve these sales?

4. Will these three councilors investigate what went wrong with (The Flower Street project) and what real estate agents took part to rent and sell them?

5. Who was the person/persons in Liverpool Foundations Homes that was involved with the flower streets what it “Mark Kitts”?

6. Is Cllr [Hanson] a resident of this ward -Kirkdale/ Vauxhall?
7. Is Cllr [Kennedy] a resident of this ward – Kirkdale/ Vauxhall or is he now living in Spain?
