Right to govern.

Gwrthodwyd y cais gan Prime Minister's Office.

Dear Prime Minister’s Office,

NOTICE TO AGENT IS NOTICE TO PRINCIPLE AND NOTICE TO PRINCIPLE IS
NOTICE TO AGENT.

I have come across some information that is very confusing and I
need clarification as to what data you have recorded that you would
provide as a response to the enclosed questions. If you cant or
wont answer any question/s than do answer the ones you may.

It is in reference to the FOI request below which was regarding a
comment Theresa May made about our country being "POLICED BY
CONSENT".

https://www.gov.uk/government/publicatio...

Consider policing and government to be synonymous for the point of
this FOI.

This self-given right to govern you are exhibiting seems to be
based on the following presumptions:

-That the majority of people have the right to force others to
abide by their opinions regardless on the legitimacy of the
information giving to them through the media on which to base their
opinions.

-A presumption that the majority of the people in the UK voted for
your organisation. Currently, the so call, "coalition government".

I would like to ask for the following recorded information, since
your "government" seems to think this is where it gets its power to
make up laws from. Regardless of the right to self-determination of
human beings and any harm or injury your blankets laws and violent
enforcement causes.

1) Define, "the power of the police coming from the common consent
of the public".

2) What is this consent of the public?

3) Is this consent, consent at the polls?

For example, we voted our consent away or we voted to elect others
to choose what we consent to.

4) Is it factual that most people in this country did not vote for
your government??

Include all people that live in the UK in this answer please.
Regardless of age of your presumption on whether they have the
right to vote or not.

I have included a link which seems to contradict your presumption.
This is why I asked the question above.

http://uk.ask.com/question/how-many-peop...

5) If it was not the percentage of the country voting for your
government at the polls then what else is this consent?

If you think it could justify, "coming from the consent of the
public", please let me know what version of English you are writing
in because it can not be the same most folk write in.

6) Is the following quote a statement or a fact? If a fact provide
recorded details of fact and empirical evidence of fact.

"No individual can chose to withdraw his or her consent from the
police, or from a law."

7) Can the government create any law it wants?

Even by the poor understanding from your government of what lawful
means it is clearly wrong surely that the police can command any
order they want. Please include any facts that demonstrates this
conclusively, if you have any. As I am a very concerned 'citizen'.
Even Nazi German officers did not claim to have the authority to
make any order they wanted. That is VERY scary and CONCERNING.

Make sure, especially considering you are a public servant, to
answer all the questions you have recorded information for and do
not refuse to answer any question just because you refuse to answer
one or more of the others.

Please also be aware that you may not have limited liability from
public prosecution like the corporation you work for would claim.
They try and convince their agents they are not responsible for any
lies or cover-ups. Just saying.

Written with no malice and no acquiescence of my inalienable
rights.

Yours faithfully,

David Scott
