Thanks for all information Paul, i have an aunt that lives in first floor victorian house converted as 1 bedroom flat looking to make an application for RTB to buy the property.

Sorry to bother you but, i have another request if you don’t mind. Does it make any difference in price if it is block of flats or house conversion in 1 bedroom flat. If yes can you provide the following details if possible please so we can get an idea of what price range could be.

I am not qualified to give advice about the difference in values between flats in purpose-built blocks and those in converted street properties and unfortunately, our database does not draw a distinction between the two types. We only record the property type i.e. flat or house.
