Dear Sutton Housing Partnership,

I would like to make a request for information under the Freedom of Information Act and seek your responses to the following questions.

1. a)How many requests under Right To Buy have been received in the period 01/01/2015 to 30/04/2016.
b) If different, how many valuations have been provided under Section 125 notices in this period.

2. a) Of these, what number of valuations have been appealed to the District Valuer.
b) How many of the offers made number in 1(b) were accepted.

3. Of the valuations carried out by the District Valuer:
a) How many have resulted in an increase over the initial valuation and what were the original and revised valuations.
b) How many have resulted in a decrease from the initial valuation and what were the original and revised valuations.

4. In the period 01/01/2013 to 28/07/2016, how many properties, accounting only for numbers 1-70 Denmark Gardens, SM5 have recieved Section 125 notices under the RTB scheme.

5. Please provide the specific month and year of each of these valuations sent by Section 125 notices and the valuation that was placed on the property.

6. As of 28/07/2016, how many leaseholders are there in Denmark Gardens, SM5 as a whole.

information requested within the statutory timescale of 20 working days as
defined by the Freedom of Information Act 2000, subject to the information
