Thank you for your request for information. Your request for information
was received on the 03 September 2021 and is being dealt with under the
terms of the Freedom of Information Act 2000. If you have any queries
about this request do not hesitate to contact us. Please remember to quote
the reference number above in any future communications.

We may need to contact you to provide further information or clarification
if we require it to process your request. Where a public authority
reasonably requires further information or clarification before it is able
to respond to a request, it must contact the requestor within 20 days to
inform them of this and provide assistance. The authority has no duty to
comply with the request until the further information or clarification has
been received.

The NHS is facing unprecedented challenges during the coronavirus
(COVID-19) pandemic. Understandably, our resources are being diverted away
from the usual compliance and information rights work to support
colleagues who are working tremendously hard to provide care for our
patients, and to those in need of our services.

Whilst we recognise that statutory timescales cannot be extended, at this
time, the care of our patients and the safety of our staff takes
precedent, therefore it is likely that very long and detailed requests for
information will be delayed.

We apologise for this position in advance, and will endeavour to provide
you with as much information as we can, as soon as we are able.

We do publish an extensive set of information on our public website which
may well contain the information you have requested. The link to our
website can be found here: [1]www.hacw.nhs.uk

Yours sincerely
