Please can you advise on the following:-

1). Whether you run some form of rewards, recognition or bonus incentive scheme within your organisation?

2). If so, please could provide me with copies of any policies, guidelines, procedures or similar which underpin this process.

3). Whether your organisation has a recognised definition of poor, satisfactory, good or excellent performance? If so, please could I be provided a copy.

Jo,

With regards to levels of "performance" I am looking for any documents which may contain Stockport Homes' definition or expectations. If I was looking at it from my point of view, a definition of satisfactory performance would be the meeting of any Key Performance Indicators set for that role. I was just wondering if Stockport Homes had something similar,

I have now actioned the Freedom of Information request received by
Stockport Homes on 30 May 2012. Please find attached the end of year
corporate performance report, excel sheet, and charts i.e. the measures
deemed most important at the corporate level, which address question 3,
and the Smile and Pride Awards document, which addresses questions 1 and
2.
