Revenue raised in Barking & Dagenham, Havering & Redbridge

Dear Her Majesty's Treasury,

BhRUT, my local NHS trust is conducting a review of clinical strategy in Barking & Dagenham, Havering & Redbridge. In order for the public to make a meaningful contribution to this review I seek the following information.

The amount of money raised in each borough of the three boroughs in
a) Income tax
b) National Insurance -Employees
c) National Insurance - Employers
d) VAT

For the following tax years ending 5th April

2015
2016
2017
2018
2019
2020

For example, I would expect you to provide for 2015

Four pieces of information listed (a) to (d) for Redbridge, Barking and Dagenham and Havering and the same for the other two boroughs sought, a total of 12 pieces of information.

In total from 2015 to 2020 I seek a total of 72 pieces of information.
