Revenue Protection Support Services accreditation

Roedd y cais yn llwyddiannus.

Dear Department for Transport,

Southeasten/Revenue Protection Support Services' website penaltyfares.co.uk states:"We have been providing the train companies with support to collect and protect due ticket revenues for the past 15 years. We are fully accredited by the DfT".

Please would you tell me:-
a) what form this accreditation takes;
b) what activities are covered by the accreditation;
c) the conditions that must be satisfied before accreditation is given or renewed;
d) what procedures are in place to monitor performance of the accredited activities.

Thank you very much.

Yours faithfully,

R Bostock

Dear FOI_RCOM,

Thank you for your reply. Unfortunately it does not answer my question. I was not asking about Penalty Fares Schemes in general. I was asking about the accreditation under which Revenue Protection Support Service provides the TOCs with support to collect due ticket revenues - ie acts as collection agents.
Please could you look at this again?
Many thanks.
Yours sincerely,

R Bostock

Dear FOI_RCOM,

Did you get my letter dated 22nd June?

Yours sincerely,

R Bostock

Dear Department for Transport,

Please pass this on to the person who conducts Freedom of Information reviews.

I am writing to request an internal review of Department for Transport's handling of my FOI request 'Revenue Protection Support Services accreditation'.

On 22 May I requested information about the accreditation under which Revenue Protection Support Services provides a number of train companies with support to collect and protect due ticket revenues.
On 22 June I received a reply which did not answer this specific question. On the same day I asked for the matter to be looked at again. Having had no acknowledgement I wrote again, on 8 July, asking if my letter of the 22nd had been received. Again I have had no response.

Please could my original question be looked at and answered properly?
