Dear Her Majesty’s Courts and the Tribunals Service, (Her Majesty's Courts and Tribunals Service)
Can you please provide me with the following information:
What is the period of time that records are retained from Employment Tribunals heard by a Judge. Specifically
a) How long do the judge's notes remain on record following a case being heard and reported (i.e. are retained or stored in any form)?
b) How long do appeal court records (notes) remain on record following a case being heard and reported (i.e. are retained or stored in any form)?
c) What is the retention and destruction schedule set for records of court and appeal cases following a case being heard and reported (i.e. are retained or stored in any form)?
Please provide me with document reference to specifically where this information can be publicly accessed. To date I have had no luck in finding this information or referencing a successful answer via other people's FOIs.
Dear Mr Rudkin,
Please find attached the response to your recent FOI request.
