Retention of CCTV footage from HMCTS for reported incidents and alleged crimes

Please provide a record of retention period for CCTV footage obtained from HMCTS for investigation purposes when incidents and alleged crimes are reported by HMCTS and the police called.
Please provide the record of the protocol the Police follow to request CCTV footage from HMCTS - the footage owner
