Dear Support CWW (WESTERN CHESHIRE PCT),

Thank you for your 21 July 2011 response. Unfortunately I don't think that your responses to points 2 and 3 are adequate.

In point 2 I asked for "a copy of all the information that you hold on the progress and results of the Pilot."

You have not provided any information but have said that a report will be published in September 2011 with "*some* of the key findings from the pilot project" (my emphasis). However, as I asked for *all* the information, this report will not provide the information that I have requested, and therefore the future publication exemption does not apply. Could you therefore please provide the information that I requested in my original point 2.

In point 3 I asked "If the Pilot has not concluded, could you please provide details of the work that is still to be done and when the Pilot will conclude."

In response you say to see your answer to point 2, but your response to point 2 doesn't discuss whether the pilot has concluded or whether there is still work to be done. Could you therefore please provide the information that I requested in my original point 3.

Also, the link to the customer satisfaction survey that you have I asked that I complete isn't active. Could you please provide an active link.

Yours sincerely,

Paul Swain
