Dear Mr Snowball,

Thank you for your clarification, however I'm afraid I must ask for further clarification in relation to your request.

The PCC and Thames Valley Police are two separate entities and as such, hold different information. We, the OPCC, will only hold information regarding complaints about the Chief Constable and complaints about the PCC. If you require information about all other complaints, then you will have to apply to the Public Access Department at Thames Valley Police.

Can you please confirm whether you would like to continue with your request to the PCC. Your request will remain on hold until we receive a response.

Kind Regards,
Sierra Reid
