Responsible non executives ex local gov association

Response to this request is long overdue. By law, under all circumstances, Local Government Association should have responded by now (details). You can complain by requesting an internal review.

Dear Local Government Association,

Under a public interest guise as i realise you are not subject to foi regulations i would welcome your view on the below

"Do you think it is acceptable that ex council members and the ex chair of the local gov association is helping a bailiff enforcement agency put on a ethical front to other local councils"

It concerns me highly that marston group are using influential ex chairs of your association to give off a ethical image when the reality is it is a front.
having tried to contact your ex chair and the ex chair of cab and the ex chair of the major charity that are on marstons i"impartial committee" i find it deeply disturbing the complaints that should reach them do not as companies complaints process wont allow it

now to me this smells of "using influential people to pretend they are ethical"when in fact the company isnt open to scrutiny which is advertised on their website

should the exchair of local gov assoc and other associations really be used in this manner
is it acceptable your ex chair is helping hide away serious abuses caused by this firm

not known for their ethics it is a real surprise cab ,lga and consumer advice would allow any of their ex management to take such a position

marstons i believe commited fraud and i would love to speak to your ex chair but it gets blocked and to me that means if they are not their to investigate why is your body allowing such a relationship

Yours faithfully,
