Responses to rapes and sexual assaults on Woodhouse Moor compared to Covid-19 responses
Dear West Yorkshire Police,
I am writing to request information regarding the total number of cases of rape and sexual assault on Woodhouse Moor, and how many of these West Yorkshire Police issued an officer to respond to, in the period between February 2020 and February 2021.
I would also like information on how many Covid-19 fines/warnings etc. were issued at the same location in the same time period.
I would like it to include:
The dates in which the assaults were reported.
The date the assaults (in the case of sexual assault/rape) or gatherings (in the case of Covid-19 fines) occurred.
The age of the victim in the case of sexual assault/rape.
How many people were charged/fined?
Thank you for your time and I look forward to your response.
Thank you for your request for information which has been logged today.
Your request will now be considered and you will receive a response within the statutory timescale of 20 working days as defined by the Act, subject to the information not being exempt.
If you no longer require the information, please inform us at your earliest convenience.
Please can we seek clarification:
We do not have Woodhouse Moor identified as an area on our systems, we could only provide information for the ward area. We believe this is Little London and Woodhouse Ward. Can you please confirm if you are happy with information based on this ward? Or please advise which ward should be used?
Please note that until you respond with this clarification your request will be placed on hold.
Dear Freedom of Information,
Apologies for the inconvenience, yes Woodhouse and Little London will do just fine.
Thank you, we will now continue working on your request.
Dear J. Walker,
Please see the attached document in relation to your information request.
Please accept our apologies in the delay.
