4) For either a RAS or alternative system have you had to adapt the system/process for different client groups, scenarios/circumstances or for any other reason? Please provide any policies or guidelines which describe these adaptations.

I am writing in response to your request dated 03/10/2019 . This has been dealt with under the Freedom of Information Act 2000.

A. Yes

A. We are currently testing the new Resource Allocation support planning tool to allocate indicative budgets to service users. This is based on the individual needs of each service user.
