November 2019 and our response to your questions are shown below.

 

You requested:

 

• Do you use a Resource Allocation System in any part of the process of
providing social work or social care to children?

In accordance with Section 1(1) of the Act the Authority has a duty to
confirm whether it holds the information of the description specified in
the request and if that is the case, to have the information communicated
to the requester.

 

In this case Bolton Council do not use a Resource Allocation System in
childrens social care, therefore the information which you request is not
held by Bolton Council.

 

 

As per the Information Commissioners Office’s Freedom of Information Code
