Dear Mr Nash,

I have copied the information within the response dated 5 September 2017 below as unfortunately, you don't appear to have received the full email response yesterday. I understand that since this request you have submitted additional requests, under different references, and these are currently being looked at.

1. Who collect the residential waste in bournemouth?
We have an In-House team who collect the residential refuse, garden and food waste and a contractor who collects the residential recycling in Bournemouth.

2. How do they collect the waste?
Residents have an allocated bin size for each collection service. Both our In-house team and our contractor have specific rounds and trucks which are used.

3. When is the waste collected?
Our Garden waste service is collected fortnightly February - December. Our food waste service is collected weekly. Our recycling service is collected fortnightly (with the exceptions of some communal weekly collections) and our refuse service is collected fortnightly, again with the exceptions of some communal and/or exempt roads which are collected more frequently.

4. What waste is collected?
Our residential collection services include garden waste, food waste, mixed recycling (including glass) and refuse.

5. Over the last 5 years how much has it cost to collect residential waste and how much per household?
