I am researching carbon emissions in Public Bodies and their impact on Public Health, as such can you please answer the following questions;

1) Does the Council have a Manage Print Strategy?
2) What IT projects over the last few years have had a focus or a main objective of reducing Carbon Footprint?
3) How many desktop printers does the Council have (NON Copier, NON Large MFD)
4) What brand are they?
5) How many MFDs / photocopiers does the Council have what brand are they?
6) What print contracts are in place?
7) When did the print contracts start / end?
8) Is there any option to extend this contract?
9) Was this procured using a Gvt framework, if so which one?
10) Does the Council have any onsite production print facilities (A Print Room)
11) When does that contract Start / End
12) Is there an option to extend this contract?
13) Is that room staffed by Council Staff, if so how many?
14) What digitation projects have happened / are planned to reduce print?
15) Approximately how much does the Council spend on Print?
16) (PreCovid) Approximately how many pages for the Council print annually?
17) Who is responsible for IT at the Council?
18) Who is responsible for print at the Council?
19) Who is responsible for the Council's Carbon Reduction initiatives ?
20) Has the Council ever participated / considered partaking in the Government Paperless Awards?
21) Is the Council currently using a print management solution?
22) What print management solution is the Council using?
23) How many IT Systems is the Council accessing via 'The Cloud'?
24) How Many data centres is the Council currently using?
25) What is the current Server Operating System used at the Council?
26) Can staff / students members print from various devices using a 'Follow me' type solution
27) How are print jobs currently released from the printer (Card, Pin etc)
28) Currently how does the Council report on printing?
29) Currently does the Council cross charge internally for print?
30) Which department holds the Council's print budget?
31) What projects are planned to reduce reliance print at the Council?
32) How many Print Servers does the Council have?
