Dear Sirs
I have a statement from Kier Highway Ltd (Kier) and was present at Court when their TP claims manager advised that records were supplied by Kier to Highways England regularly, monthly. I understand Kier and Highways England share a computer system that causes records to be conveyed automatically, that Highways England are able to generate incident specific records. By reference to records in my possession I am aware that Highways England can supply detailed records by reference to many fields, for example, Type, PIK name, Annex 5 Code, description, item.
With regard to the VRM’s below, it is the VRM which is used by Kier in the’ Item ID’ and which I am asking to be enquired upon to determine the VRM’s association with incidents; dates, times, locations, references
Yours faithfully
