2. Please provide copies of any policies relating to the assessment of suitability of temporary accommodation(including private sector leased/ including council owned/managed) before a decision is made on the homelessness application and also, after a positive decision has been made in respect of the homelessness application.

3. Please provide average waiting times for time spent in temporary accommodation by band according to the allocations policy1. applicants who do not have dependent children; 2. applicants who do not have dependent children but are disabled/have a medical need to move; and 3. applicants who have dependent children.

4. Please provide details including the name, contact and agreement of any external company, individual advisor, business or subcontractor you use to support the review and decusion making for reviews of the suitability of temporary accommodation.
