Dear Metropolitan Police Service (MPS),

Hello my name is Dominykas Skraskadomskis, and my car BMW 520D REG: WV11 WXG has been involved in an accident. My car was parked on Western Rd when it was slammed from behind by another person driving a Mercedes Benz C class (red estate). I would like to request a report so I can fill in the details with insurance company and they require details such as time and date. I want to be 100% of these details so they dont try to put me under the buss in any way.

CAD number: 8374/19APR21

Thank you in advance.

Yours faithfully,

Dominyas Skraskadomskis
