Request for meeting minutes and other information from Inskip Parish Council consultation

Dear Wyre Borough Council,

I would like to make a request for any information or meeting minutes the council holds pertaining to the conversations and consultations held between themselves and Inskip parish council members in the declared meetings *(20/9/2016, 8/2/2017, 24/4/17, 13/6/2017, 18/7/2017) and any other meetings between themselves and any other bodies (including landowner Metacre Ltd) that helped them arrive at the plan for the "extension" of Inskip contained within the "Draft Wyre Local Plan 2017"

I also request copies, details and reasons for any Non disclosure agreements and/or confidentiality agreements between Parish council members, Wyre Borough Council and the Landowner to be made publicly available.

Thank you for your email where you requested information about meeting
minutes the council holds please accept my sincere apologises for the
delay in responding we have unfortunately been having some technical
difficulties.

 

The information you requested is provided below and attached to this
email.

 

I would like to make a request for any information or meeting minutes the

Please find attached the minutes from the meetings on 20/9/2016, 8/2/2017
and 24/4/2017.  No minutes were recorded for the meetings on 13/6/2017 and
18/7/2017.

There have not been any agreements between Parish Council members, Wyre
Borough Council and the landowner.
