Dear East Midlands Ambulance Service NHS Trust,

Please can you provide the following information:

In the Leicestershire division In the period of 1st January 2020 to the 31st December 2020:

1) The number of calls received from the NHS 111 (NHSP) system that are categorised as category 1, 2 or 3

2) Of these calls, can you please advise how many of these calls are not conveyed to hospital or other non-emergency department location, by an attending EMAS resource.

3) Please can you also provide information with regards to the disposition of these calls (i.e. advised/treated at scene, refused treatment/transport, GP appointment made, passed back to 111 etc).
