A. A. Laundry Equipment – Non in use. 

B. Fire equipment supply, maintenance and install and provision of Fire
Risk Assessments / consultancy - approximate spend £9,000 per annum,
service provider A&E Fire and Security expires April 2023. Tender
opportunity advertised via the Supplying the South West procurement

C. HVAC equipment supply, maintenance and install – approximate spend
£11,000per annum, service provider Mitchel’s of Gloucester Ltd, currently
a rolling contract, there will be a re-tender during this financial year
in readiness for 2022/2023.  Currently opportunity is planned to be issued
via the Supplying the South West procurement portal. Contact: David
