Dear Mr Swift,

Request for information: Correspondence relating to FOI/2018/1013

Please see below the Council’s response to your request for information.

You have asked for;

The chronology records; initial consecrations, requests made of others
within the Council, responses received, consideration of same. I ask that
these all be dated.

Please see below the chronology of correspondence exchanged internally and
externally in relation to your request for information (ref
FoI/2018/1013). You can see from this table that it took 14 working days,
following receipt of the email from the Council’s Insurance Team, for the
FoI Officer to issue the response/ request for clarification email on 4^th
October. However, you will see that the reason for this was partially to
ensure that the information being sent in response to your request was
accurate.

In any event, the Council has complied with your request within the
statutory timescale, set out in the Freedom of Information Act 2000, and
you have now received all of the information in response to your requests.
