According to the minutes of the SEN Officers Regional Group meeting of 11/3/16, the following was noted:

"Ben [Allchin] can circulate or discuss Leeds LA’s recent win at Tribunal against ABA Partnership with any other LAs who require it." [The ABA Partnership reference is incorrect - it should state Autism Partnership].
