Dear Liverpool City Council,

I wish to request a copy of the Audit report which will be available soon
following feedback from the ICO and the Audit Committee meeting held on
15th September 2022 on the subject of the Beautiful ideas Company which
may be made available to relevant persons and or the general public

I am a relevant person and should be allowed a copy of the report given
that i was Vice Chairman of the ANFIELD NEIGHBOURHOOD FORUM which
requested FULL disclosure information on all accounting and audit
procedures and reports on the Beautiful ideas North company some 8 years
plus ago.

These requests were made in a number of meetings as a Senior officer of
Anfield Neighbourhood Forum (established under the Localism Act )
representing the community interests in the area where the Car Park money
was accrued and for which was i also requested a full report of the
Beautiful ideas North Company at meetings with the councilor directly
responsible and which was never received

Its terms of reference and complete administrative procedures for
reporting and all income and expenditure on each and every project and ALL
individuals and ALL those responsible for making those decisions including
ALL Liverpool City Councilors
