System Outage (23/10/20 to 28/10/20)

The Data Office mailbox has recently had a system outage. If you sent any
communication to us between Friday 23 October 2020 and Wednesday 28
October at 12:30hrs it is likely we may not have received it. If you have
not received an acknowledgement email from us confirming you request has
been received providing you with a reference number and you submitted it
during this time period please resubmit your request. We apologise for any
inconvenience this may have caused.

Please note the Data Office Triage Team operate between Monday to Friday,
during office hours only.

A response will follow in due course.

We do receive a very high volume of requests and although we endeavour to
respond to all of them as quickly as possible, there may, at times, be a
few days turnaround time, should that be the case with regards to
responding to your email, we do respectfully ask you to bear with us while
we clear all the emails we received prior to yours.
