Dear Sir

Thank you for your enquiry.

The following may assist you if applying for a British citizen passport:

A status letter gives an opinion about a person's British nationality
status. All applications for a status letter must be submitted on form NS.
A fee is charged for the issue of a status letter. Please note the current
fee is £85. Status letters are not certificates of nationality. They
merely record UKVI’s opinion that a person possesses a form of British
nationality. Only the courts can determine conclusively whether that
person is actually a British national. For this reason, great care should
be taken when status letters are issued.

Please note that as the onus is upon the individual to ensure that he/she
satisfies the requirements set out in the guidance material that
accompanies each and every application form, the Nationality Group is not
able to give, indicate or advise upon the outcome of any such application
prior to it being correctly submitted and being given full and careful
consideration. Therefore, you are advised to read through the guide prior
to submitting a future application.

1.the National Identity card ,
2.postal Photo Identity card

along with his FB Birth certificate and British Citizenship Registration document as British Citizen,is it acceptable and considered?
if,denied,is it justice?

How about the status letter and citizenship certificate as face value?
