DCIS Enquiries, Environment Agency

Dear Tom,

Thank you for your email dated 26/04/2021, requesting information
regarding the reporting of alleged illegal burial of tyres. We respond to
requests under the Freedom of Information Act 2000 and Environmental
Information Regulations 2004.

We received 2 emails dated 15/04/21 and 26/04/21 to inform us that there
were tyres on the farm.  We do not have a ‘report’. From reviewing the
information we had been provided, the decision was made that this was a
civil matter and this was communicated back to those who sent the emails.
Unfortunately we are unable to provide you with the source of this
information due to Data Protection reasons.  Hopefully this answers your
query.

Please refer to [1]Open Government Licence which explains the permitted
use of this information.

Please get in touch if you have any further queries or contact us within
two months if you would like us to review the information we have sent.

Thank you

Jo
