Sovereign Lady Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II, I hear-by make a formal and lawful request to state hospitals board for Scotland for the providing of the number of reported (alleged or proven) cases of sexual and mental abuse of
detained/sectioned patients in all state hospitals in Scotland reported by anybody.
