Dear Janet,

Please note this is a media request

Please find below an Environmental Information Regulation (EIR) request
for your Service.

Please could you respond to the applicant directly, ensuring this is
within 20 working days, before 19 October 2021 in accordance with the
Regulations.

The Regulations allow us 20 working days to respond to a request from the
date of its receipt. However, it is occasionally necessary to extend the
20 working day time limit for issuing a response because of the complexity
and volume of the information requested.

If there is a valid reason why the deadline date (shown above) cannot be
met then a notification of an extension to the applicant must be issued by
the service within 5 working days of receipt of the request, providing the
justification and when a full response will follow. Where this is not
possible, please ensure that you liaise with the Corporate Information
Governance team to keep them updated on progress.

Similarly if any requested information is to be withheld, then a valid
exemption/exception must be applied via the Corporate Information
Governance team. Please refer to the exemption/exception list on Bradnet
and email [5][Bradford City Council request email] with your explanation for non-disclosure.
For a qualified exemption, where a P.I test is required, the CIG team will
liaise with the Legal team to carry out the test to ensure it is recorded
in accordance with ICO guidelines.

Please use the standard templates for the final response which can be
found on the following link;
[6]http://intranet.bradford.gov.uk/working-...

Please ensure that prior to the release of any information that you obtain
the appropriate management approval and for media related or politically
sensitive requests, please notify the appropriate Portfolio Member who may
wish to see the final response prior to its release.

Forward a copy your final response to [7][Bradford City Council request email] quoting the
reference number above, and where the request is media related or
politically sensitive please copy in Steve Hemming (Press Office).

Please ensure that the Corporate Information Governance team receive
copies of all the correspondence with the applicant.
