Dear Ms Sperling

I write in connection to your Freedom of Information request reference
65526 and to the queries raised in your email dated 4^th May 2021.

Having reviewed the figures provided in my response dated 19/04/2021, with
the relevant department, I am happy what we have provided is accurate.
However it needs to be noted that comparing these figures with those
issued in previous years should be done with caution. Having reviewed our
previous responses (11848 & 13712) to you it is clear that our reporting
processes and systems have changed and that will have an impact on the
correlation of the figures.

I would advise that if you wish to compare year on year data that you
submit a new request and ask for data for all years that you are concerned
with, this way the search will be carried out using consistent parameters
and a more accurate comparison can be made.

I hope that this answers your query, your attention is drawn to the below
which details your right of complaint. Should you have any further
enquiries concerning this matter, please write or telephone the
Information Compliance Unit quoting the reference number above.

Yours sincerely
