Reported Missing Tractor

Roedd y cais yn rhannol lwyddiannus.

Dear Sandwell Metropolitan Borough Council,

Please can you respond to the questions below in accordance with the FOIA:

The Council recently reported a small tractor unit as "Missing".

1 Where was the Izeki Tractor normally stored? How many users were permitted to use it? Was there a procedure for this unit being “signed in and out”?

2 It is said that the matter was reported to West Midlands Police on 16th April, 2018. Was a crime reference number issued by WMP and, if so, what is it?

3 Please disclose all communications with the tracking company which supplied the tracker on the machine concerning the “loss” of it and confirm the last entry recorded by them in respect of this machine.

4 On 4th January, 2019 three senior employees claim to have seen the machine in use and communicated with Jan Britton and others. Please disclose those communications and confirm why the sighting was not Immediately referred to West Midlands Police. Whenwas this sighting referred to WMP?

I look forward to your timely response.

Yours faithfully,

Darryl Magher
