Dear Oxford City Council,
I am requesting a report about a fire at Elsfield Manor, Elsfield near Oxford which occurred in mid December 1992: This was written by the Environmental Health Officer of Oxfordshire County Council and there was also a report by the fire protection officer of Oxfordshire Fire and Rescue Service. I believe that both reports may have been written in late December or in January - February 1993 and received by Michael Haynes of Elsfield Manor Elsfield near Oxford.
When I requested this document from the county council, an officer wrote that the county council did not hold this information and advised that I contact you and SODC. I have also written to SODC
Could you please check your records for a report on this serious fire incident and send it to me if you have it?
thank you in advance for your assistance
Dr. Eugenie Buchan
