Dear Information Officer,

I am asking again for an internal review as I have not asked you for a fact checking report as you were informed of the correct report which was being requested on the 5th of November 2016 and subsequently on the 11th November 2016. You seemed to have evaded my points on clarity 11th November delaying with providing random information and not the document I requested. Please be advised it is your remit under FOIA and EIA to either provide the correct document being requested 5th, 11th November 2016, or provide a reason why this is withheld or provide a response that this document is not held.

I have clearly pointed out to you that this report from the Planning Inspector was duly required to be required as a response to the consultation on the Main Modifications in the Borough Local Plan. Can you please provide the proper response?

Yours sincerely,

CEO Mr Newbold.

Dear Mr Newbold

I have been asked, as a senior officer of the Council who has not been
involved in your case to conduct an internal review into the handling of
your recent Freedom of Information Request ref: 16/681.

Your request received 5^th November 2016

Can you please provide me with a copy of the Planning Inspector Richard E

You sent in clarification of this request 11^th November 2016

Review

After sending your request and clarification to our Planning Policy Team
they believed you were referring to the Fact Check version which was
provided to you on the 11^th November 2016.

Following your request for an internal review I have again checked with
our Planning Policy Team who have responded to me that the only report
received from the Planning Inspectorate following the issuance of the
fact-check version is that which is available to download from the
following website:
[1]http://www.hastings.gov.uk/planning/poli...

We hold no other report (s) or different versions of the Inspector’s
report other than the one available on the website and its fact-check
version.

I am unable to advise you who I contacted as this information is exempt
under Section 40(2) of the Freedom of Information Act 'personal data' this
is an absolute exemption and will not be provided.
