reply to LCC clarification of Name etc
Dear Liverpool City Council,
THE AFFORDABLE HOUSING DEVELOPMENT (HOLDING) CO LTD (04148751)
Dear Liverpool City Council,
WITHOUT PREJUDICE
Please provide all information and records on the disposal of former housing etc assets from LCC to the AFFORDABLE HOUSING DEVELOPMENT COMPANY (AHDC) in the Anfield area including all financial records and valuation accounting principles and any records pertaining to Arena Housings disposal of housing assets to AHDC (as a key regeneration partner of LCC in the Anfield area of Liverpool
The Affordable Housing Development Company (AHDC) was selected in February 2006 as the preferred private sector "partner" in the Rockfield area and they carried out a refurbishment programme to tackle vacant properties owned by the City Council and Arena Housing in Tancred Road.
Arena Housing is the lead Registered Social Landlord in the Anfield / Breckfield Renewal Area.
Research has revealed that AHDC (Rockfield) went into receivership sometime between July and November 2010 with liabilities of £88,083 and a net worth of £-1,530,527. Accounts filed on: 19/11/2010 for period to: 31/07/2010
Your previous reply that ‘we wouldn’t know anything about Arena Housings disposals’
SEE PARAGRAPH ABOVE that Arena housing was selected by Liverpool City Council as the main REGENERATION PARTNER IN THE ANFIELD AREA AT THE TIME and so Liverpool City Council had oversight of which regeneration partner Arena selected and probably insight into how financial reporting was overseen and regulated. If not why not as LCC were the lead authority on strategic regeneration matters in the Anfield area and so even now should concern itself with those matters.
So please provide required records of regeneration and financial recordings of LCC led meetings and any records of Arena Housing and its commissioning of AHDC to provide regeneration activites principally over Tancred Road Anfield Liverpool4
Thank you
Yours faithfully,
Yours sincerely,
WILLIAM Mcgarry
