Regulations 2004

 

We refer to your request for information on  2 September 2019. You
requested the information below. The information you have requested falls
within the definition of Environmental Information as defined by
Regulation 2 of the Environmental Information (Scotland) Regulations 2004
(EIRs) and is exempt under Section 39(2) of the Freedom of Information
(Scotland) Act 2002 (FOISA). The Council is, therefore, required to
respond to you under the terms of the EIRs rather than FOISA.

The Council can confirm that this is anticipated to be in December 2019.

 

b)      Date that ends

 

The Council can confirm that this is anticipated to be +12 weeks.

 

c)      Date for commencement building replacement housing

 

The Council can confirm that this is anticipated to immediately follow on
from demolition.

 

d)      Date finished that building

 

The Council can confirm that this is anticipated to be +12 months.

 

e)      Date occupation completed for new tenants

 

The Council can confirm that this would be immediately on completion.

Under Regulation 10(4)(a) of the EIR’s this information is not held by the
council as this is not known at this stage.  The demolition is as yet
untendered, but under Regulation 10(5)(e) the tenders would be
commercially sensitive.

 

b)      Construction of new housing as above

The Council can confirm there is no partnership.

 

b)      in what proportion regarding ownership/financial investment

 

The Council can confirm that all these properties are for affordable rent
for Highland Council.

 

Under Regulation 16 of the Environmental Information (Scotland)
Regulations 2004 (EIRs), you have the right to request that the Highland
Council reviews any aspect of how it has dealt with your request. This
requirement for review should be put in writing to the Freedom of
Information Officer, Chief Executive’s Office, Glenurquhart Road,

aspects of the Highland Council’s response which you are not satisfied

If you are subsequently dissatisfied with the outcome of the Council's
