Rent verification process, UC "offline" claimant

The request was partially successful.

Dear Department for Work and Pensions,

Please could you provide any guidance given to DWP staff on procedures specific to:
a) the rent verification process, where the landlord is a social landlord and
b) ID verification
where the claimant has been accepted as a "non-digital" claimant and is unable to visit a Job Centre (eg long term hospitalised etc).

Thank you for your help

Yours faithfully,

Glenys Harriman
