Dear Freedom Of Information,

My Freedom of Information request refers.

In the absence of a response Council has placed itself in breach of its statutory obligations under the Freedom of Information legislation.

While Council may find it acceptable to disregard its statutory obligations I am sure the Information Commissioner will not.

To avoid being subject to a formal complaint to the Information Commissioner I would expect Council's responses by close of business on Wednesday 14th March

Yours sincerely,

Gavin Knox
