Registered owners of properties

Land Registry Nid oedd gan y wybodaeth y gofynnwyd amdani.

Dear Land Registry,

Please advise if it’s legal to add registered owners names to a property other than the actual owners for the purposes of paying less tax. In this case the other owners in question receive no beneficial interest such as rents etc, but must still pay taxes on rent they never received.

Yours faithfully,

Hammaad Ashraf
