Dear Care Inspectorate,
Hello recently ive have the displeasure of getting services from
Pendle Support care agency.
They have the Care Qualiy stamp on the site, but i am aware that they have not had this since 2014.
Could you please explain why they did not get issued with a certificate
And could you tell me how many complaints have been received about pendle support
How much is a carer allowed to report, this is regarding privacy issues
How many of the complaints have been a sexual complaint
How is the agency supposed to deal with complaints of a sexual manner.

We refer to your following request.

 

Hello recently ive have the displeasure of getting services from Pendle
Support care agency.

They have the Care Qualiy stamp on the site, but i am aware that they have
not had this since 2014.

Could you please explain  why they did not get issued with a certificate
And could you tell me how many complaints have been received about pendle

We must advise you under section 17 of FOISA, that we do not hold the
information requested. The reason that we do not hold the information is
because the Care Inspectorate has not registered 'Pendle Support Care
Agency'.    

 

The Care Quality Commission, who are the regulator of all health and
social care services in England, regulate Pendle Support. Therefore, you
may wish to approach them in relation to your information request.
