*Note: We only hold this data as far back as November 2018 due to a change
in collection contractor and the systems which record this.   Therefore
the 2018 figure is the percentage of missed collections for November and
December only.  2019 and 2020 is full years’ information.

 

**In March 2020 we introduced new recycling services and rounds which led
to an increase in missed collections.
