I would be interested to know the numbers of children under 16 years of age whose orthodontist or dentist has applied to carry out orthodontic treatment under the NHS. I would like to know the number whose treatment was approved and the number who treatment was refused over the last year and the corresponding figures for the previous two years.

requesting the number of children under 16 years of age whose orthodontist
or dentist has applied to carry out orthodontic treatment under the NHS
and the number whose treatment was approved, and the number whose
treatment was refused over the last year, also the corresponding figures
for the previous two year.
