Dear HM Passport Office,
I provided all the relevant documents and have the receipt of those scanned from my biometric appointment in September 2018 and I received a refusal in December 2018 saying that I did not submit the financial and genuine relationship proof quoting reasons which are not true, what make me think that the home office lost my documents, we have appealed in December 2018 and received a notification letter in February, what is the next step? I should send my documents again to the appeals considerations email?
(of course only the specific pages).
Yours faithfully,

Johana

FOI, HM Passport Office

Dear Johana Lisete

Her Majesty’s Passport Office is responsible for issuing UK passports.  UK
Visas and Immigration is the Home Office department which is responsible
for issuing visas.  Any enquiries regarding visas should be directed to UK
Visas and Immigration.  To assist you I have attached the link to the  UK
Visas and Immigration website
[1]https://www.gov.uk/government/organisati....

If you wish to make a complaint concerning a visa application I have
attached details of the complaints procedure for UK Visas and Immigration
[2]https://www.gov.uk/government/organisati....

It is not possible to ask for an internal review of a freedom of
information request unless a freedom of information request has been
answered.  Her Majesty’s Passport Office has not dealt with your request
as it does not fulfil the criteria of a freedom of information request.
Your request concerns personal information regarding a visa application
which is covered by the General Data Protection Regulation 2018 and not
the Freedom of Information Act 2000.

Yours sincerely

Her Majesty's Passport Office
