Refunding Roadchef employees benefit trusts tax paid by Mr Hill owed to the employees trust fund.

Robert William Holmes

Dear Her Majesty's Treasury,
Please change the law in regards to Roadchef employees benefit trust compensation of tax paid by Mr Hill in the wrongful use of employees shares in the sale of the company.
This is compensation the high court already was agreed should be refunded to the trust.
But HMRC refuse to refund now, which has seen employees unfairly treated by them.

Yours faithfully,
Robert Holmes

Gadawodd Robert William Holmes anodiad ()

The response from Her Majesty's Treasury with regards to changing the law to uphold the high court decision to refund the Roadchef Employee's Benefit Trust. Was not clearly responded to, as the Law presently has not been brought forward by the government for review and change.
They recommend to send the request to MP'S to help and resolve the refund issue in law.
