Dear Parliamentary and Health Service Ombudsman,

You recently provided details of the 11 Members of Parliament (MPs) who made the most referrals between June and December 2014:

Please provide the names of all other MPs who made referrals during the same period together with the number of referrals each made. I would like the information provided in a similar manner to how it was provided in the request to which I have linked. In each case specify the number of referrals that concern parliamentary complaints.
