Dear HM Passport Office,

"For a child application one referee should be someone who has engaged with the child in a professional capacity, such as a doctor, teacher, health visitor, social worker or minister of religion".

But none of these people would be providing personal details like address, date of birth, passport number to fill in online application. In that case how do we proceed as these are mandatory in online application?

If we know a doctor in UK who is friend, is he allowed for the above case?

Please guide.

Yours faithfully,

Manoj
