Dear Her Majesty's Treasury,
I would apreciate it if you could advise the following:
The treasury's own policy on redundancy payments over £95,000 for its staff and the treasury's redundancy policy document;
The number of Treasury staff who have been paid redundancy in excess of £95,000 in 2019, 2020, and 2021;
Confirmation on whether the treasury has agreed to The Crown Estate's current policy of capping redundancy payment (as referred to under the 1961 Act - Para 4 or other relevant Paragraph) at £95,000.
Where no apporval has been given by the Treasury comfirmation on whether the Crown Estate's redundancy cap is lawful recognising the need for The Crown Estate to seek agreement in accordance with the Crown Estate Act 1961 (See Para 4 : for the The Commissioners may appoint, for employment in their office, such officers and servants as they may, with the approval of the Treasury as to numbers and conditions of service, determine).
